Pixels are still building and shipping hard The next challenge? To expand to an audience outside of purely crypto players A new rewards app is coming, the Pet app is fully launching soon.. ..and new events in core @pixels_online too! Here's everything from this week's AMA 👇

(A quick reminder - I'm a @Ronin_Network Ambassador and work with them on content, naat financial advice obvs) 🕹️ Reaching New Players Crypto rails absolutely have their benefits in gaming, lots of players love : 📈 Live economies with real money 💸 The potential to earn 🤝 Trading assets But 'crypto' still comes with some stigma - it turns a lot of normies off The solution might be a clean front end and web3 behind the scenes 💥 The New Rewards App @whatslukedoing gave an early preview of a new app that they're working on Primarily to solve that problem - a clean UX that introduces non-crypto native people to the best bits of P2E It sounds like the app will act as a central hub/dashboard for the wider Pixels ecosystem of games... ...giving users bespoke offers (could be USDC, PIXEL, giftcards etc) based on those who are contributing to growth rather than extracting I do think this is an important step - we have to reach a wider user base and lots of players love these features! 🫏 Pet App - Chubkins The Pet App (early release now on Google Play Store, iOS soon) - is a great test for this The team are testing designs and it's going down well with web2 players When it fully launches it will not only be cute and fun but also open up the option for mobile ads - another revenue stream for the ecosystem ...whilst introducing new users to some of the benefits of P2E Pet NFT holders will likely also receive some bonuses - perhaps better offers / welcome packs for the game etc When fully built out, this, along with staking all helps to support the wider PIXEL ecosystem and keep that RORS (Return On Reward Spend) high 🚜 Core Pixels Updates 🥇 Congrats to the team and community for winning Best Browser Game at the recent @GAM3Sgg_ awards! (and to @Ronin_Network for Best Ecosystem) 🐶 Major Animal Care Overhaul is Coming - it was mentioned that an update is coming - not breeding as such but something kind of similar 👀 🎄 A Christmas Event is in the works + an event before then too (Secret Society of Whales Energy Party is on 28 Nov) 📱 Also the team are likely starting work on a mobile native version of Pixels too Lots going on and the push to get to players beyond crypto alone seems like a smart move for sure!
