1/ Tydro is live on Ink!
A new borrowing + lending protocol powered by @aave, governed by $INK, and integrated into Kraken products.
This is Ink’s liquidity engine — built to power onchain capital markets.
🧵
2/ Tydro is a custom deployment of Aave v3, purpose-built for the Ink ecosystem.
At launch, it supports lending and borrowing for:
• USDT0
• USDG
• wETH
• kBTC
• GHO
Yield-bearing assets, LSTs/LRTs, and more to follow.
3/ Tydro will be integrated into Kraken products, giving users seamless access to DeFi from within the Kraken platform — with Ink as the backend.
DeFi, but native.
4/ $INK will be used to bootstrap liquidity for Tydro and reward early users.
Early LPs earn points tied to a future $INK airdrop — with sybil resistance built in to keep it fair.
5/ With Tydro live, Ink now has a native liquidity layer backed by Aave’s infra — and a foundation for:
• Structured products
• Protocol-native settlement
• Capital-efficient trading + lending
• Composable financial apps
