Makina stops this through pre-approved Instructions stored in the merkle root. Operators can only execute onchain actions that are reviewed & approved.
4/ If an Operator wants to access a new onchain opportunity they write a Machine Instruction which gets assessed & approved by a Risk Manager. Once approved it goes into a time lock. Only after it has gone through these steps does it get uploaded to the merkle root.

Makina has a robust system that automatically calculates & posts the NAV onchain. There is no human in the loop for accounting & onchain positions are viewable by anyone.
