Meaning, it can process a massive amount of txs at a sufficient speed
- Succinctly verifiable -
Meaning, anyone can verify the network and make sure it executes txs correctly + they can do so in a succinct way, they don't need heavy computation machines to keep up with the pace.
Some blockchains achieve performance, but aren't succinctly verifiable. Some are succinctly verifiable but are not performant.
